Refund Policy
Bruce Davies Training understands the demands placed on school environments and will accommodate course cancellations and will give full refund or switch dates when given written notice within seven (7) working days of the course commencement date.
If it’s unfortunate that you have to cancel less than 7 working days then every effort to mitigate costs will be undertaken and only costs incurred by Bruce Davies Training will be applied and invoiced in the usual manner
Payment Policy
All invoices issued by or on behalf of Bruce Davies Training via Real Business Services Ltd must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so may affect course accreditation.
Miscellaneous
These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of England, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in England in connection with any dispute between you and Bruce Davies Training. arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter hereof.
